I'm announcing the release of Dash Core v21.1.0, the minor version on v21.

It is mandatory for masternodes to upgrade, failure to upgrade may result in PoSe banning; it is recommended for all node operators to upgrade.

This fixes an issue in EHF resigning, where masternodes would not resign for EHF if that had previously been in a EHF signing quorum. As a result, the threshold was unable to be met. We expect once a significant majority of MNs upgrade, the EHF will be automatically...

Evolution v1.4.0 Release!

Version 1.4.0 of Evolution with withdrawals is now out and it's time to upgrade.

This is a mandatory upgrade for all Evonode operators.
While this is not an "emergency" upgrade we still would need 67% of nodes to have upgraded in the next 40 or so hours for this to lock in on time to be able to activate in about 10 days. If we don't get 67% we will need to wait an extra Epoch (9 days).

Announcing DIP 27 - Dash Core Credit Pool

We're pleased to announce the release of DIP 27! This new proposal describes the mechanism for locking and unlocking Dash in a new store of value on the Core chain. The store of value, called the credit pool, mirrors the credit balance on Dash Platform. New special transactions (asset lock and unlock) enable locking Dash in the credit pool for use on Platform and unlocking it to withdraw back to Dash on the Core chain.

The issue, as we understand it currently, is that during implementation, the values for requestID and msgHash were switched. Attached are the Q1 2024 financials. As noted last quarter, we have stopped tracking individual budgets on the balance sheet. All expenses are still detailed on the P&L. This allows us to do the majority of our accounting and financial reporting in QuickBooks instead of the many spreadsheets that we were using in the past.
