Hello, where is the best place to host an Evo masternode because I have hosting in pecunia and I do not receive a reward from the dash platform.

My wallet has been on so many machines that I'm starting to worry if someone has a copy of it and decides to brute force it. Does the wallet have some kind of protection where you cannot try x amount of passwords per second? What is reasonable length password? 64 random characters?

I guess it won't be as simple as changing the password and restarting the masternode? Would I need to make a new wallet, transfer the dash, then re-setup the masternode?

Question about MN payout address and fees

I recently deployed a new Dash MN and have three questions.

1. Is it possible to change my payout address with no penalty because in my setup I made my MN with the collateral also my payout address and would like to have a separate address dedicated for that. I noticed on DMT under MN action the "update payout address" is this the correct one? anything special I need to know before doing that?

Unable to use DMT to Update Payee address with Ledger nano-S

I am using DMT (v.0.9.36) latest with my Ledger nano-S and trying to update the payee address. I keep getting the following error in DMT:

Hello, dear community, I have a problem in sync process between Dashcore wallet and blockchain, its a process before u got private master node key, Its going good until 95% but after its totally stock... And slowly start to decrease. I am already wait a lot, 3/4 days and I think it's not normal. I am using MacBook, my internet connection is good. This is my masternode status after a few hours of starting node:

Block chain is fully synced and I don't seem to have any pose ban:

AssetName": "MASTERNODE_SYNC_FINISHED",

I start the node using DMT with "start masternode" option. The only thing changed was payout address and then I pasted the new key into dash.conf and restarted dashd.

Sentinel does not work, could it be the cause of ban?

Since two weeks ago my mn is not active until I noticed it recently,
And after upgrade to 18.0.1 my mn still not work

And when I tried to update sentinel, another error appeared:

punishments without errors

Hi all,
I am running a a few masternodes on a linux cloud VM. each one has a virtual network interface with a public IP.
All was working well until I started to get punished and banned. I checked all the possible reasons of the ban checklist, I can't find any errors but they keep getting punished.
Does anybody know what to check? Logs report nothing relevant, I am running v18. Thanks for your help!

Dash Core installing

Hi!

I have problem with my dash core installing. I have installed dash core v0.17.0.3/dashcore-0.17.0.3-x86_64- but I cant see it when I use "top" command. And when I check status, it says:

Maybe its because some problem with dash core. I also cannot see dashd.pid and debug.log.

dashd died multiple times today, VSP claims not their end

Today dashd died multiple times, starting around 00:30 UTC. Didn't see any unusual load, disk / memory usage. Been stable the past 5 hours, fingers crossed.

My guess was something at the VSP but they deny everything, of course. Hoping v18 is more stable.

Btw, a different VSP with half the specs, dashd didn't die at all. Ideas?

Several of my masternodes have suffered PoSe-ban.

However I can't find any documentation regarding:

How can I prevent a PoSe-ban? What must I look for?
Once a PoSe-ban is given, how to revive a masternode?

Where am I supposed to find such answers?
